September 23rd 2008 Chest Workouts Should Always Include Spotters
It’s important that all chest workouts include a spotter because the chest is a big muscle that needs to pushed hard to gain size and strength. Exercises like the bench press or dumbbell incline press requires weight lifters to use heavier weights. Those weights can sometimes get too heavy for the lifter and therefore, a spotter will always keep the lifter safe. Without a spotter, the lifter cannot use the weights best for gaining size and strength in the pectorals.
